Our firm mainly deals with that part of the Greek Civil Code that concerns the relationships between private individuals, one of whom is of the Greek nationality. That means with cases that exceed the boundaries of the Greek state.
This way, we have a rich experience in the courtroom as well as extrajudicially. Solving disputes between Greek and foreign citizens (from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom etc.), problems within the family, the property, personal or legal problems.
For example, we concern ourselves about married couples of different nationalities (e.g. the husband is Greek – the wife British), about divorces, inheritance and property in several states, publication of wills proved or published in another country etc.
